NORTH VANCOUVER CITY occupies the lower slopes of the North Shore mountains across BURRARD INLET from VANCOUVER, to which it is linked by the SEABUS passenger ferry. It is surrounded on 3 sides by N VANCOUVER DISTRICT, where 2 bridges afford additional connections to Vancouver.
