PATTERSON, Raymond Murray, writer (b 13 May 1898, Darlington, England; d 20 Oct 1984, Victoria). Following studies at Oxford Univ, service in WWI and three years at the Bank of England, he immigrated to a dairy farm in BC early in 1924.
