SCOW, Alfred John, jurist (b 10 Apr 1927, Alert Bay;d 26 Feb 2013, Vancouver). His father, William Scow, was a prominent KWAKWAKA'WAKW chief and his mother, Alice Whonnock, was the daughter of chiefs.
