SIKHISM  () is a religion founded by Guru Nanak in the late 15th century in the northern Indian province of Punjab. Teachings were developed by 10 gurus and are contained in the main scriptures called the Guru Granth Sahib. Sikhism has about 20 million adherents worldwide.
