Sunnywold

SUNNYWOLD is an orchard settlement and former steamship landing on the east side of OKANAGAN LK 20 km southwest of VERNON. It is often referred to as Carr's Landing, after Andrew Carr, an early settler who planted the area's first apple, pear and peach trees. See also TREE FRUITS.
