Suzuki, David Takayoshi

SUZUKI, David Takayoshi, scientist, environmentalist (b 24 Mar 1936, Vancouver). He was interned with his family during WWII (see JAPANESE, RELOCATION OF), then grew up in Ontario. After studying in the US at Amherst College and the Univ of Chicago, he returned to Canada to teach at the Univ of Alberta in 1962.
