THEATRE UNDER THE STARS (TUTS) was a professional theatre company founded by Gordon Hilker in 1940; shows were performed at Malkin Bowl in STANLEY PARK in VANCOUVER, and the early shows were choreographed by Aida Broadbent. TUTS folded in 1963 but was revived as a semi-professional company in 1969 to present popular musicals in an outdoor setting each summer.
