Trout

TROUT belongs to the Salmonidae family of fish and occurs in the wild in both freshwater and sea-run varieties. It is distinguished by dark spots on the lighter background of the back and sides (whereas the closely related CHAR has smaller, brighter scales and light spots on a dark background).
