WAGG, Donald, architect (b 29 Aug 1914, Lancashire, England). After training at the School of Art and Technical College in Manchester, he eventually became city architect for Peterborough. During WWII he served with the ROYAL ENGINEERS, then immigrated to BC, settling in NELSON. There he completed the design for Mt St Francis Hospital.
