WESTON, William Percy, artist (b 30 Nov 1879, London, England; d 20 Dec 1967, New Westminster). He studied at the Putney School of Art in London before moving to Canada in 1909. He settled in VANCOUVER, where he taught high school, then taught at the Provincial Normal School until his retirement in 1946. His influence on the teaching of art in BC schools was immense.
