WILSON, Alan "Al" ("Dirt"), football player (b 6 Apr 1950, Duncan). He played high school FOOTBALL with the Cowichan Timbermen and college ball with Montana State Univ, then became a CFL legend with the BC LIONS. He joined the Lions in 1972 and captained the team from 1975 to his retirement in 1986.
