Alman Island

Alman Island (52˚31'00" 129˚03'00" Off Weeteeam Bay, SW side of Aristazabal I). Sapper Daniel D Alman arrived in BC with the Columbia detachment of the Royal Engineers, which served in the province 1858–63, but later deserted. Named in 1927 by regional hydrographer Henri Parizeau.
