Amur Point


Amur Point (52˚42'00" 131˚45'00" W side of Darwin Sd, E side of Moresby I, QCI), Amur Rock (52˚50'00" 131˚52'00" Pacofi Bay, E side of Moresby I). The CPR steamer Amur was a well-known sight in the QCI, 1908–12, under Capt Louis P Locke, who was involved in many aspects of the early development of Haida Gwaii.
