Auseth Islet

Auseth Islet (49 ̊11'00" 125 ̊39'00" Tofino Inlet, E of McCaw Peninsula, Clayoquot Sd, W side of Vancouver I), Auseth Point (49 ̊07'00" 125 ̊48'00" SE point of Meares I, Clayoquot Sd). Named by the hydrographic service in 1934 after Bernt Auseth, who pre-empted land at nearby Grice Bay in 1896 and received a Crown grant in 1900.
