Bellhouse Bay


Bellhouse Bay (48˚52'16" 123˚18'37" SE end of Galiano I, Gulf Is). John Wortley Bellhouse (1862–1921) and his large family arrived in BC from Manitoba in 1907. He purchased the Galiano I farm that Robert Grubb had established about 1890, built up Grubb’s Jersey herd and dairy business, raised flocks of poultry and developed an apple orchard.
