Billard Rock (50˚26'00" 127˚58'00" Entrance to Quatsino Sd, W of Harvey Cove, NW end of Vancouver I). George Lewis Billard (1898–1987) was the coxswain of CGS Restless, a sounding launch used during the 1921 survey of Quatsino Sd. He was born at Victoria, where his father, a Nfld native, worked for the sealing industry.
