Bull Island (E end of Bull Passage), Bull Passage (49˚29'00" 124˚12'00" Between Lasqueti I and Jedediah I, S of Texada I in Str of Georgia). John Augustus Bull was master of HMS Plumper, 1857–60, and senior survey assistant to Capt George Richards, who named the passage after him about 1860.
