Carswell Island (53˚01'00" 132˚25'00" Entrance to Inskip Channel, NW side of Moresby I, QCI). James Carswell and Thomas Hibben established an early Victoria book and stationery shop in 1858 (after buying out Kierski’s bookstore). Carswell married Elizabeth Ferguson of Glasgow in 1860.
