Cecilia Island (52˚18'00" 128˚23'00" Off SW side of Don Peninsula, Milbanke Sd). Cecilia Douglas (1834–65) was the eldest daughter of James Douglas, colonial gov of Vancouver I and BC, and his wife Amelia. She was born at Ft Vancouver and went to boarding school in Oregon City.
