Collins Shoal

Collins Shoal (48˚59'00" 123˚46'00" In Evening Cove, N side of entrance to Ladysmith Hbr, SE side of Vancouver I). L Collins was a petty officer aboard HMS Egeria, under Cdr John Parry, during Str of Georgia surveys in 1903–4. The name was adopted by the Geographic Board of Canada in 1924.
