Collishaw Point (49˚33'00" 124˚41'00" NW side of Hornby I, Str of Georgia). Raymond Collishaw (1893–1976) was born and raised at Nanaimo and found his first job on a fisheries patrol boat, then took flying lessons and became a pilot with the Royal Naval Air Service. He shot down 60 enemy aircraft in WWI—the third-highest total on the Allied side and fifth-highest overall—and was awarded the DSC, DSO and DFC.
