Conconi Reef


Conconi Reef (48˚49'00" 123˚17'00" In Navy Channel, between N Pender I and Mayne I, Gulf Is). Thomas David Conconi (b 1829), from Margate, Kent, was a paymaster aboard HMS Pylades, under Capt Michael De Courcy, and served on the Pacific Station, 1859–60. Named by RN surveyor Capt George Richards of HMS Plumper about 1860.
