Cosy Cove

Cosy Cove (49˚20'00" 122˚55'00" E side of Indian Arm, NE of Vancouver). The original 1909 owner of the waterfront at this location is said to have been a Vancouver customs official named Elridge, who sold it to UBC professor J D Davidson. The cove was an occasional stopping place in the 1920s and ’30s for vessels of the Harbour Navigation Co, which served several cottages and a large cabin used in the summer by students of the Sprott-Shaw occupational-training schools.
