Courageux Point


Courageux Point (53˚22'00" 128˚03'00" E entrance to Chief Mathews Bay, Gardner Canal, S of Kitimat). In 1790, George Vancouver was a lt on the 74-gun HMS Courageux, flagship of Rear Adm Alan Gardner, his friend and mentor.
