Cullum Point


Cullum Point (52˚36'00" 128˚38'00" NW side of Meyers Passage, S end of Princess Royal I). Marine engineer William James Cullum (1867–1924), a native of Ireland, immigrated to Canada in 1884 and served as a federal steamship inspector in BC, 1908–24. He married Margaret Rosalina Burkholder (1878–1953), of Ont, at Victoria in 1897. Named in the early 1920s by regional hydrographer Henri Parizeau.
