Curwen Island

Curwen Island (48˚57'00" 125˚22'00" SW end of David Channel, Barkley Sd, W side of Vancouver I). Charles Houston Curwen (1843–1927) immigrated to the US from England in 1868 and lived at Denver and New Orleans before ending up in Victoria with his wife, Laura Helena Wallace (b about 1843), whom he married in 1873.
