Dead Point

Dead Point (50˚34'00" 126˚34'00" N side of Harbledown I, Beware Passage, W end of Johnstone Str). This Kwakwaka’wakw reserve is the site of Tzatsisnukomi (T’sadzisnukwame’) or New Vancouver, a community that was settled about 1891 by members of the Da’naxda’xw First Nation, who are an amalgamation of the Da’naxda’xw (Tenaktak) and Awaetlala people of Knight Inlet.
