Dodge Cove (54˚17'00" 130˚23'00" E side of Digby I, W end of Prince Rupert Hbr), Dodge Island (At Dodge Cove). George Blanchard Dodge (1874–1945), from Halifax, worked first as a federal hydrographer on Nfld and E coast surveys, then became head of special topographic surveys for the Dept of the Interior. He retired about 1932. He surveyed Prince Rupert Hbr in 1906, assisted by Philip Musgrave, Henri Parizeau and Louis Davies, all of whom would go on to respected hydrographic careers....
