Elliot Bluff

Elliot Bluff (48˚47'00" 123˚13'00" W side of Saturna I, S of Payne Point, Gulf Is). Lt George Henry Elliot was a Royal Marines officer aboard HMS Ganges, flagship of Rear Adm Robert Baynes, on the Pacific Station in 1857–60. He was promoted to maj in 1879. Named by Capt George Richards of RN survey vessel Plumper in 1859.
