Enke Point (48˚53'00" 123˚19'00" SE end of Galiano I, Gulf Is). Max Enke (1884–1971), born at Manchester, UK, but of German heritage, moved to Belgium in the 1890s, where his family ran a rabbit-fur business. He came to Galiano in 1907—with 11 Belgian farm workers in tow—and bought Harry Clapham’s Seabrook Farm, renaming it Valley Farm.
