Epper Passage

Epper Passage (49˚13'00" 125˚58'00" N side of Morfee I, NW of Meares I, Clayoquot Sd, W side of Vancouver I). Frowin Epper (1865–1933), born in Switzerland, entered the Benedictine order in 1887 and was ordained as a Catholic priest in 1894. He immigrated to the US and studied science at the Univ of Washington (DC), moving later to Oregon where he became professor of science and museum curator at Mt Angel College.
