Fife Rock (50˚46'00" 126˚34'00" E of Davies I, Fife Sd), Fife Sound (50˚47'00" 126˚38'00" S side of Broughton I, NE end of Queen Charlotte Str). James Duff, 2nd Earl of Fife (1729–1809), was a Scottish landowner who did a great deal to improve agricultural and cattle-breeding practices in his region, twice winning the gold medal of the Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.
