Flamborough Head

Flamborough Head (48˚27'00" 123˚17'00" S side of Cadboro Bay, Victoria). Named for a famous geographical feature on the E coast of Yorkshire, England. The British Flamborough Head is a cave-ridden, 11-km-long chalk promontory and important seabird-breeding habitat. The tamer BC version is situated next door to the Royal Victoria Yacht Club.
