Fleming Bay

Fleming Bay (48˚25'00" 123˚25'00" Just NW of Macaulay Point, Esquimalt, W of Victoria). Photographer Edgar Fleming (1860–1938) came to Victoria in 1887 from London, England, where he had worked for the London Stereoscopic and Photographic Co. In 1890 he married Catherine Robinson (1868–1948), who arrived in BC with her family in 1878, also from England. He set up a studio on Government St with Stanley Inchbold, an artist.
