Foch Lagoon (53˚48'00" 129˚05'00" Extends NW of Drumlummon Bay, NW side of Douglas Channel, SW of Kitimat). French marshal and military theorist Ferdinand Foch (1851–1929) was one of France’s most senior and successful army officers throughout WWI and was appointed supreme cdr of Allied forces in 1918.
