Galbraith Bay (49˚24'00" 123˚22'00" SW of Grafton Bay, W side of Bowen I, Howe Sd, NW of Vancouver). Edward Davidson Galbraith (1854–1912) pre-empted land here in 1900 and was issued a Crown grant in 1907. He was a former grocer who had been advised to get plenty of fresh air for the sake of his health.
