Gaowina Point

Gaowina Point (52˚07'00" 131˚01'00" Entrance to Heater Hbr, NE side of Kunghit I, QCI). QCI historian Kathleen Dalzell states that, according to a map made by ethnologist Charles Newcombe, the name comes from an ancient Haida site located farther NW on Kunghit I.
