Georgy Point (54˚05'00" 130˚11'00" N end of Kennedy I, S of Prince Rupert). Georgina “Georgy” Kennedy was the younger daughter of Arthur Kennedy, gov of Vancouver I in 1864–66 (see Arthur I). Lt Daniel Pender named this feature about 1866, at the same time that he named Elizabeth Peak on Kennedy I after Elizabeth Kennedy, the gov’s older daughter (see Gilford Point).
