Goodfellow Point

Goodfellow Point (53˚04'00" 129˚06'00" S side of Barnard Hbr, W side of Princess Royal I). Margaret Eliza Florence Askin Goodfellow (1854–1940) was a daughter of Capt Lewis Agassiz (see Agassiz Banks) and Mary Caroline Schram (see Schram Rks). She was born at London, Ont, came to BC in 1862 and lived at Hope and then Yale, where her father was postmaster, before the family settled in 1867 at the Fraser Valley community named after them.
