Guns Rock (52˚17'00" 127˚45'00" In Wallace Bay, E side of Cousins Inlet, NE of Bella Bella). Thomas Salter Guns (1868–1963) first saw Burrard Inlet in 1883, as an apprentice aboard the Scottish lumber barque Highland Glen. Five years later he returned, as quartermaster of the Islander, helping bring that newly constructed flagship of the Canadian Pacific Navigation Co from Glasgow to Victoria.
