Haaksvold Point

Haaksvold Point (51˚58'00" 127˚42'00" SE point of King I, Burke Channel, SE of Bella Bella). Simon L Haaksvold (1876–1955), from Norway, pre-empted land in this area in 1908 and acquired a Crown grant in 1911. He died at Bella Coola.
