Hansen Point

Hansen Point (52˚29'00" 127˚52'00" S side of Roscoe Inlet, NE of Bella Bella). Believed to be named after one of the Norwegian colonists at Bella Coola in the late 1800s. There were several early Hansens in the valley, however, who also sometimes anglicized their common Scandinavian surname, spelling it Hanson.
