Hayden Passage


Hayden Passage (49˚24'00" 126˚06'00" NE of Flores I, Clayoquot Sd, W side of Vancouver I). Sidney Cuthbert Hayden (1876–1952), born at Vernon R, PEI, joined the tidal and current surveys program (then part of the federal Dept of Marine and Fisheries) in 1903 and two years later visited BC with Dr William Bell Dawson, who was in charge of the program.
