Helmcken Inlet (52˚46'00" 129˚02'00" W side of Princess Royal I), Helmcken Island (50˚24'00" 125˚52'00" S of Hardwicke I, Johnstone Str). Dr John Sebastian Helmcken (1824–1920), born at London, was an important figure in BC’s early political and social life.
