Hickey Cove (51˚18'00" 127˚21'00" Between Naysash Bay and Adelaide Point, Naysash Inlet, N of Smith Inlet, E of Smith Sd). Capt John Walbran, of CGS Quadra, examined Naysash Inlet in 1903 and named this feature after William Hickey, from Ont, who owned a salmon cannery there. Hickey came to BC in 1890 and worked for seven years at Vancouver’s BC Ironworks as a mechanical engineer.
