Hickey Islands

Hickey Islands (53˚00'00" 129˚31'00" E of Dewdney I, Estevan Sd, N of Caamaño Sd). Marine engineer Patrick Hickey (b 1841), from Brooklyn, NY, came to Victoria in 1861 as an employee of the HBC. His US-born wife, Emma Rebecca (1858–1924), arrived in BC in 1876.
