Hogan Rock (52˚04'00" 128˚04'00" Cooper Inlet, N side of Hunter I, just S of Bella Bella). Arthur Harold Hogan (1882–1942) served with the Royal North-West Mounted Police in the Klondike region, then worked as a machinist at a Rivers Inlet cannery. A bad accident left him crippled, his legs useless. Undaunted, Hogan built a home and a machine shop and went back to his work as a machinist, only this time from a wheelchair.
