Jermaine Point

Jermaine Point (52˚25'00" 128˚17'00" E side of Dowager I, Mathieson Channel, NW of Bella Bella). Edward John Jermaine was 2nd lt aboard HMS Scout, under Capt John Price, and served on the BC coast, 1865–68. He was cdr of HMS Ganges in the late 1870s when that vessel was a training ship for boys at Falmouth. Jermaine retired with the rank of capt in 1884.
