Lang Bay (49˚46'00" 124˚21'00" E side of Malaspina Str, between Jervis Inlet and Powell R, NW of Vancouver). The three Lang brothers—Frederick, Harry and Thomas—settled in the vicinity in 1911 with their mother, Elizabeth, and stepfather, Robert Simpkins, a retired British Army officer. The bay at that time was known as Wolfsohn or Wulfsohn Bay, after Johann Wulffsohn (as his name is spelled on his 1908 marriage certificate to Florence A Maclure).
