McCroskie Islands (52˚16'00" 127˚55'00" W side of Johnson Channel, off E side of Cunningham I, NE of Bella Bella). This name, applied by the hydrographic service in 1925, is a spelling error, as these islands honour coastal pioneer Edward McCoskrie (1852–1925).
